German and French Organ Music - Nicole Simental

German & French Organ Music of the 17th & 18th Centuries
Nicole Simental

This program's bookends feature major works of Dietrich Buxtehude and J. S. Bach, the latter of whom was famously inspired by the former. In between, we'll hear a set of chorale variations by the south German composer, Johann Pachelbel, and a movement from an acclaimed organ Mass by the Parisian, François Couperin.
